How do I list my land for sale?+

Create a free account, then go to “List your land” from your dashboard. Add photos, location, area, price, and ownership details, and submit. Our team reviews every listing before it goes live — usually within a day.

Is there any fee to list?+

Listing is completely free. AcreBridge only earns a success-based commission when your land actually sells through the platform.

Are listings verified?+

Every listing is moderated by our team before publishing. However, this is not a legal title verification — buyers should always conduct independent due diligence before purchase.

How do offers work?+

Signed-in buyers can send an offer on any active listing. Sellers see all offers in their dashboard and can accept, reject, or negotiate. Once an offer is accepted, we help coordinate the agreement and registration.

Which areas do you cover?+

AcreBridge lists land across all Indian states. Use the state map to browse listings near you, or filter by location while browsing.

How do I contact a buyer or seller?+

Once an offer is made or accepted, relevant contact details are shared to facilitate the deal. You can also reach our support team any time for help.
